Incentives & Discounts

Incentives and discounts apply to floor space costs only and do not apply to packages and services.

TOMSA MEMBERS
Registered TOMSA levy collector as at 31 July 2025 with all TOMSA levies collected paid over to the TBCSA		 20%

EARLY BIRD RATE
All exhibitors that contractually sign up for Africa’s Travel Indaba 2026 and pay 100% of their Africa’s Travel Indaba 2026 exhibition fees by published early bird closing date.		 5%
REGIONAL EXHIBITOR INCENTIVE
All African exhibitors outside of South Africa exhibiting at Africa’s Travel Indaba 2026.		 10%
NEW EXHIBITOR INCENTIVE
All exhibitors that are exhibiting at Africa’s Travel Indaba 2026 for the first time.		 10%
Maximum discount % is however limited to

  • The above discounts are subject to approval by the Africa’s Travel Indaba Sales Team and subject to the criteria to participate at Africa’s Travel Indaba.
  • TOMSA = Tourism Marketing South Africa
  • TGCSA = Tourism Grading Council South Africa
  • All prices include VAT
  • VAT is charged at the legislation rate of 15%.
  • Standard units range from 3 x 3 = 9m2
  • Prices vary from venue to venue and for prime locations – please take careful note on the rate schedule
  • Prices are per square meter and should therefore be multiplied by the unit you choose i.e.
    3 x 3 = 9 m² @ rate / m² = total
  • Discounts do not apply to Meeting Hubs, Plug & Meet Package or Association Pavilion.

Please note that on floorspace stands only, it is compulsory to order a DB Board as per the breakdown below. This will be included on any quotes requested. Please inform your stand building contractors accordingly.
